2. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
If cancellation is requested after billing has been processed, the current order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled billing cycle.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped:

The order cannot be cancelled.
The order is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Modifying Your Subscription

Customers may modify:

Delivery frequency
Shipping address
Payment method
Product quantity

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We will automatically retry the payment method.
If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
NC-Nature’s Choice reserves the right to cancel subscriptions due to repeated failed payments.
