1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable items), we do not accept returns once products have been opened or used.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is expired upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Items are missing from your order

2. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem (product and packaging)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund to your original payment method (if applicable), or

  • Store credit (by mutual agreement)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by NC-Nature’s Choice.

  • If a replacement is approved due to our mistake, we will cover the re-delivery cost.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Proof of payment details may be required
